The service operates exclusively within the permissions granted by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that their use of the application complies with Meta’s Platform Policies
  • Ensuring that content published through the application does not violate applicable laws

Users must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Meta Platform Integration

Users acknowledge that:

5. No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or changes in third-party APIs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stonehill Media GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

8. Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time by deleting their account within the application.
